Spicy Finger Licking Crab Legs

 





This recipe is good for dinner birthday party on any occasion. It was so easy to make, i couldn't believe it. Definitely a finger licking food. Enjoy my recipe!

Main Ingredients: 

  • Alaskan king Crab Legs

  • Butter

  • Mince garlic

  • Lemon, squeeze

  • Virgin Oil

  • Crushed red pepper flakes

  • Dried Parsley flakes

  • Dried Bay leaves flakes

  • Dried Chopped Chives flakes

  • Dried Cilantro flakes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Corn

Procedure: 

  • In a big wok melt the butter in medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and stir in the red pepper flakes, Parsley, bay leaves, chives and cilantro.  Set aside the mixture.
  • Wash the Crab legs  in the cold water and set aside. In a large pot of water bring it boil and place the steamer basket over the boiling water. Place the crab legs in a steamer basket,put the on to cover and steam for 5-7 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, bring another small pot of water to boil place the corn and boil it for 5 mins. don't over cook. Drain and set aside. Preheat your oven on the boiler setting.Place the crab legs on the baking sheet. Baste with melted mixture with all the spice, if desired. Place tray 6 to inches beneath the broiler and broil for 3 to 4 minutes per side flipping halfway through. Place the corn and baste some mixture, if desired. Served hot with butter or olive oil and lemon wedges for squeezing over meat. Salt and pepper to taste. Served and Enjoy!!!
