Spicy Finger Licking Crab Legs

  This recipe is good for dinner birthday party on any occasion. It was so easy to make, i couldn't believe it. Definitely a finger licking food. Enjoy my recipe! Main Ingredients:  Alaskan king Crab Legs Butter Mince garlic Lemon, squeeze Virgin Oil Crushed red pepper flakes Dried Parsley flakes Dried Bay leaves flakes Dried Chopped Chives flakes Dried Cilantro flakes Salt and pepper to taste Corn Procedure:  In a big wok melt the butter in medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Turn off the heat and stir in the red pepper flakes, Parsley, bay leaves, chives and cilantro.  Set aside the mixture. Wash the Crab legs  in the cold water and set aside. In a large pot of water bring it boil and place the steamer basket over the boiling water. Place the crab legs in a steamer basket,put the on to cover and steam for 5-7 minutes. Meanwhile, bring another small pot of water to boil place the corn and boil it for 5 mins. don't over cook. BISTEK

Bistek is a classic Filipino and very delicious medley of salty, tangy, and savory flavors served with a steamed rice dish. Thin slices of beef are marinated in soy sauce, lemon, garlic, and brown sugar; sautéed with onions and bay leaves. Main Ingredients: Sirloin Beef Garlic Onions Lemon juice Soy sauce  Vegetable oil Bay leaves Brown sugar Water Cornstarch Procedure:  Tenderize the meat and place the meat in a bowl. Add minced onions, minced garlic, soy with lemon juice and mix well with your hands so that each meat is covered by the mixture. Cover and let it marinate for at least two hours or overnight for the best results.  After marinating at your desired time. Squeeze each meat with your hands to remove excess marinate from the meat. Set aside the marinate mixture. In a wok heat oil in medium heat add bay leaves cook it both sides until brown set aside. CHOPSUEY

Filipino Chopsuey is a stir fry vegetable recipe mixed with chicken, quail egg, and Asian sauces. Chopsuey is one of the popular Filipino dishes introduced to the Philippines by the Chinese. One of my favorite dishes in our family gathering.This is an easy stir-fry that is ready in minutes and perfect for busy weeknights. Main Ingredients Chicken thigh fillets, cut into thin strips Broccoli, cut into florets Cauliflower, cut into florets Cabbage, cut into 1-inch thick strips Baby corn, cut in half Hard boiled quail eggs Red bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips Green bell pepper, seeded and cut into strips Bay leaves Canola oil Chicken cube Onion, peeled and sliced Minced garlic Oyster sauce Filtered water Cornstarch Salt and pepper to taste Procedure: In a wok or big skillet, heat oil over heat. MINI CASSAVA CAKES

  This small temptation is a traditional Filipino snack cake made with grated cassava, coconut milk, and a layer of molten custard on top. The cake is typically gluten free, with a soft and slightly chewy crumb from the cassava. I got this recipe from my mom who loves to bake a lot of pastries. Main Ingredients: Grated Cassava White Sugar Condensed milk Evaporated milk Coconut milk Butter Eggs Jack fruit. Procedure: Preheat oven to 325° degrees F (162 degrees C). In large mixing bowl combine the grated cassava, condensed milk, butter mix well and set aside. In another medium bowl combine evaporated milk, eggs, sugar and combined to the first mixture and add the coconut milk and mix it gently then added the jack fruit on top of it . Once the mixture is evenly distributed, pour in individual cup molder and place in a oven and bake them for about 20 minutes. Poke a toothpick to test if the Cassava is fully cook. Ube Flan Cupcakes will definitely melt your mouth. This creamy flan on top of this cupcake. No frosting needed! This recipe was handed to me by my Mom originally from ube cakes. To order available https://shef.com/order/shef/mary- Main Ingredients Cupcakes:   Large egg Egg white White sugar Vegetable oil Ube halaya Ube food coloring All-purpose  flour Baking powder   Large egg yolks C ondensed milk Evaporated milk White sugar Cream of tartar Pure vanilla extract Instructions: For the Leche Flan:  Preheat the oven to 350°F/177°C. In a small sauce pot, mix together water, sugar and cream of tartar. Heat up until it becomes light caramel in color. Divide and pour them into 6 molds. Set aside. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolks, whole egg, evaporated milk and condensed milk. Pour this over a sieve to remove the bubble. Divide among the 6 molds with the caramel at the bottom. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until set. Set aside to cool. Put in the refrigerator to set

Sapin means' layers' , this 3-layered colorful rice cake is made from rice flour, coconut milk, condensed milk, flavoring and coloring topped with curdled coconut cream (latik). One of the best desserts in Philippine cuisine. Each layer such as ube halaya in the purple layer, jack fruit in the yellow and vanilla in the white.     Sapin-Sapin Mixture Ingredients: Glutinous rice flour Coconut Milk Condensed Milk White Sugar Food coloring (for each color) Curdled Coconut oil(for greasing) Ube Halaya (Purple yam) Minced Jack fruit Pure Vanilla extract Procedure:  In a pan, cook the coconut milk in low heat until it turns to light brown.
